The pre-construction stages of a project have a significant influence on the finished project. We focus on working with you in the earliest phases — being involved from as early as concept design lets us coordinate properly and provide real pricing throughout the design process.

We model the mechanical systems in 3D and coordinate them against the other trades, so conflicts turn up on a screen instead of in a ceiling. Catching them early means fewer change orders and less installation time.
That model doesn't stay in the office. Our field staff carry iPads and work from it on site, which gives them a far better understanding of how piping and ductwork route than a 2D drawing ever could. Our CAD department works in AutoCAD and Revit.
Our team works with the owner and other trades to expedite drawings, review constructability and accessibility, and give real-time cost feedback during design. Single-source responsibility lets us run design, procurement and construction at the same time — less cost and less time than traditional bid work.
We work closely with the mechanical engineering consultant to produce the most construction-ready drawings possible, suggesting equipment and approaches drawn from past projects. When the design group and the construction group are on the same team, these turn out to be our most streamlined jobs.
We bid and build to a completed design, with our engineering staff supporting RFIs, coordination drawings and value engineering. We also serve as prime contractor where the project calls for it, coordinating other trades and providing construction management.
