Davis & Plomin Mechanical employs project managers, superintendents, foremen and field professionals who take pride in each project we perform. Our team is well versed in coordination with other trades and in planning the work on site so it doesn't have to be done twice.
Behind the crews is our own pre-fabrication shop and a warehouse delivery team, so assemblies and material reach the site when the work is ready for them rather than the other way round.
Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for commercial, institutional and industrial buildings — from central plants to terminal equipment.
Hydronic piping for chilled and hot water, refrigeration, geothermal, steam and condensate. Specialty systems including fuel-oil and diesel, natural gas, propane, compressed air and vacuum — plus the structural supports that carry them.
Domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, and storm drainage — alongside medical gas, lab gas, de-ionized water, lab waste and chemical-resistant waste piping for healthcare and research buildings.
Ductwork and fittings installed by our own crews, much of it fabricated at our shop on Contract Street.
Building automation and temperature controls. We self-perform on most design-build work and coordinate a controls contractor on other projects.
Custom piping assemblies built in our shop in a range of materials, including alloy and aluminum, then delivered ready to set — safer and more consistent than building it overhead on site.
